The Coastal hat is a very wide brim hat, for maximum sun protection. It features a flat top crown is made from woven maize straw. Available only in natural.

  • Handmade in Portland, Oregon

  • Made of Panama straw that is handwoven in Ecuador

  • Sized XS (21 1/2") S (22") M (22.5") or L (23") or XL (23 1/2")

  • Brookes Boswell founded her eponymous label in 2012 after an apprenticeship with one of New York City's longtime milliners. She and her team hand block and individually construct each hat out of their studio in Portland, OR, creating a product that mixes functionality with a classic aesthetic.
